We only accept returns for defective items or items damaged during shipping. If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must notify us at service@bloatedtoe.com within 3 days after receiving your shipment. Once we have agreed to accept your return, we will send you instructions for returning the item to us (or to the shipper, if applicable). When we have received the item and confirmed it to be damaged/defective, we will send a replacement (we do not give refunds). Please do not return any item(s) without first contacting us and receiving permission to do so.
