What an incredible voice! Susan Trump is a singer whose gentle voice and story songs you won't forget. For years, she has been winning fans with her singing, her song-writing prowess and her outstanding instrumental skill on mountain dulcimer, guitar, and banjo.

Vaughn Ward

Vaughn Ward, a folklorist and musician, was a founding member of Caffe Lena. Two years out of college, Vaughn was teaching English at Niskayuna High School, where her students organized the first Niskayuna Festival. She was a staff folklorist for the Lower Adirondack Arts Council, and a charter member of the board of directors of Traditional Arts of Upstate New York.

Vaughn organized the Adirondack Liars' Club in 1986. She also founded the Black Crow Network to support tradition bearers and those with an interest in interpreting the history of the Mohawk-Champlain region and eastern Adirondacks. Vaughn passed away in December 2001.

Larry Weill

Larry Weill's career life has been as diverse and interesting as the characters in his books. He has studied biology and entomology and is an avid naturalist. He has worked as a Wilderness Park Ranger, a fire-tower observer, a financial planner, a technical writer, and a career Navy Reservist.

Larry is a lifelong devotee to the mountains, and loves the Adirondacks. He lives in Rochester, NY, with his family, and they frequently hike and climb in the Adirondacks.

The Zucchini Brothers

The Zucchini Brothers – Jack, Steve, and Sam – have performed their family shows across New York State. Originally from Saratoga Springs, NY, they are well-renowned for their work in schools, theaters and festivals throughout the country, as well as their nationally syndicated weekly radio show "The Zucchini Brothers, Live! at the Clubhouse."
